Unable to back up iCloud Drive files using Time Machine on MacBook Pro running macOS Sequoia 15.5

I've just set up my new mac via migration assistance on the mac. Everything seems to have set up OK. The issue i have is i cannot backup on my hard drives via time machine. Keep getting this??? Anyone able to help. Ive given sync access in icloud settings. Wiped a external drive of old backups but still the same error!!
