Can scripts be run on iPhone OS?

Each morning, I wake up and do they following on my iPhone 13 (patch current)

Open WEMO app and turn on a wifi light. Scroll up to close WEMO.

Swipe up to Apple Music to turn off white noise

Swipe from top right corner to open Brightness widget and increase it to 90%. Close the window.

Can this process be recorded to a macro, or an action script be created? Can SIRI record sequence commands?

Playback Recorded Commands doesn’t seem to work I would like to know more ways to use the Playback Recorded Commands. It doesn’t seem to work for me. How do you edit these commands? It doesn’t show them in Voice Control Custom Commands. [Edited by Moderator]
