For having the best video quality, do I have to connect my Apple TV 4k(3d gen) with my TV's hdmi 2.1 port or with the eArc one. I don't have any external speaker or soundbar. Thanks

is audio to different devices such as a soundbar
or if the appletv is connected to it, other devices and output audio out of the airplay and or bluetooth speakers connected to the appletv (this is not something I have tried myself though)
so eARC have no impact on your picture quality
