What to do when two-factor authentication won't set up on iPhone 13 after iOS 18.5 update?

I've installed IOS 18.5 on the iPhone 13 but Password & Security doesn't appear in the Settings app and the Password app shows no provision for two-factor authentication.

You need to go to Settings, then tap your name on top and you should see the option for Password & Security (or possibly Sign-In & Security). More information including that location is available here:

Not sure what region you are in, but if you do not see the option there, you might want to check if it is available in your region.
