How do I identify and stop persistent hacking of my Apple Accounts and iPhones?

I've done everything that apple and all the other companies have told me to do but it won't stop how do I find out who's MESSING WITH MY ACCOUNTS AND EVERY PHONE I GET

I suspect I’m being Hacked Apps like WhatsApp were deleted and installed again with missing important conversation. My history in other apps was downloaded and also also all my pictures, videos and audios were downloaded and many erased permanently from the Apple ID login: I went to Apple Store and they weren’t very helpful. I suspect someone from my building hiring someone who has parking in front of my apt for over a week and I can see him on mobile device for hours there.. How do I avoid my Apple Devices from getting compromised? No matter what Phone I get no matter how many times I change my number. I have a hacker using an iPhone just like mine a Mac and iPad and something else to hack every device I get how is this possible and how do I get rid of him or them because they literally can do whatever they want And no one believes me no one can stop them. My iPhone has been hacked I’m being constantly told that I have some other people in my iPhone and they have forwarded my messages and my phone calls. And I’m being told that my passwords are being reset and Apple ID has locked me out. How can I be most Annoying to the people who are in my iPhone. I’m thinking 🤔 if I could Velcro my hacker to my iPhone with no access away from me.suggestions? Nothing harmful or anything else but just make sure I do not stop them from getting away and out of my phone for they should be able to see my experience with do undo without end. Just a little something to let them see how it feels to have to spend 4hours recovering my iPhone account and then having to do it again 15 minutes later [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Your phone has not been hacked. If you believe that your Apple Account. is compromised, see If you think your Apple Account has been compromised - Apple Support
