iPhone 16 Pro – Echo with Notifications, Music, and Speaker Calls

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced this and if there’s any advice or solutions. Since I purchased my iPhone 16 Pro in December, I’ve been dealing with a persistent and frustrating echo issue:

• I hear an echo whenever I receive a notification.
• When I play music or take a call on speaker, there’s also an echo, which makes it hard to listen or talk.

I’ve contacted Apple Support several times and followed every recommended troubleshooting step, including: resetting my phone completely, updating to the latest iOS version, having my phone diagnosed and even replaced with a new one — but the issue still persists with the replacement device. This issue affects daily use — especially calls and media playback — and as a full-time student, it's becoming incredibly disruptive.

Has anyone experienced anything similar with the iPhone 16 Pro? I'd really appreciate any guidance or shared experiences.
