How can I save screenshots to Clipboard on my Mac?

I am using MacBook Air M1 2020. It has been updated the lastest version (Sequoia 15.5).

Before, I use taking screen by Shift + Command + 4, then the screen picture will save on the Desktop. If I want to save on the Clipboard, I will use Shift + Command + 5, and chose Option -> Save to Clipboard. However, now I didn'd use option "Save to Clipboard". The function "Save to Clipboard" be hide. So my question is how to get function "Save to Clipboard".

Currently, when I want to take screen and save to clipboard I must use Control + Shift + Comand+4. That is very uncomfortably.
