How do I get a refund for an unwanted Apple TV subscription?

I only tried the 7 day trial but now it charged me after without me wanting. Can I get my money back please?

How to get a refund for unintentionally purchased Apple TV subscription? I just noticed that I have been paying for Apple TV for quite a while and did not know I had it.
