Why does my iPhone 15 show an expired warranty date of January 2, 2007?

I understand that the warranty has already expired, but the date is really unusual

[Re-Titled by Moderator]

Original Title: I want to ask why my newly purchased phone model, iPhone 15, shows in the settings that the warranty has expired on January 2, 2007? However, I did not buy it from an Apple Store.

iPhone 15, iOS 18

You did not buy a new phone. You bought a refurbished phone with no warranty, even though the phone was cleaned and repackaged neatly to appear as if it were new.

If the store told you that the phone was "new", return the phone for a refund.
