How to track a lost iPhone with IMEI and serial number?

3 days ago, I lost my Iphone.

I used to turn on my Find IPhone but my phone got some error system so that it makes Esim is unable and lead to my Iphone has not 5G, my Find Iphone is inactive.

At 2:37 am next day, "he" is breaking my Icloud. And it broke after 20 mins and was turned off Find My Iphone.

Now, I just got Imei and Serial number. Could I do anything to exploit this iphone cuz it's nohope for me to retake it?

Both the Serial Number and the IMEI are used for identification purposes on your iPhone from Apple and carriers. In special circumstances your carrier can track the location of your iPhone with the IMEI, but that is only done so with a court order to assist in emergencies. You can only track it using the Find My application whether on your other devices or the web.

If the Find My location no longer shows, it's likely the thief that has your iPhone wrapped it in tinfoil or put in a Faraday Pouch, which would prevent it from transmitting a signal for other devices to pick up and update the location. You will likely receive messages claiming your iPhone was found, but ignore them as they are the thiefes trying to get you to remove it from your Find My so they can set it up for their own use. Currently the thieves cannot use it. Also keep an eye on Find My and see if the location updates.

How could I contact with the provider to request for locking this Iphone forever?
It means that this Iphone can not use by either way

If you contact your carrier they can add it to a blacklist across all carriers to ensure the iPhone can never be setup on a carrier or a cellular connection again. But even more useful is Apple's Activation Lock, which no one can ever use or setup the iPhone as long as it's still tied to your Apple Account. Never remove it from there, and ignore any messages you get about it being found.

I received an annoucement from Apple to my email that my Finding iPhone is turned off and I can't catch it on the map.

Apple does not get involved with lost or missing phones. They will never send a message like this.

The email that you saw was a scam that was trying to trick you.

Hopefully, you did not provide any information.

The phone is gone. All that you can do is contact your carrier and ask them to "blacklist" the phone.

Unfortunately, you cannot track the phone using the serial number or IMEI.

Your carrier might be able to get an idea on the general location of the phone using the IMEI, but they will only do this in cases of a real emergency, like a missing person. Even then, the carrier will require a court order to start the process.

I'm sorry, but your phone is gone.

But he did, if he can't break my iphone so could he can turn off my Find iphone? I can't find it in the losing Iphone list anymore but I can watch it from my loged-in devices on my icloud ngl.

If the thief broke your iPhone, which is highly unlikely as they would want to sell it or disassemble it, it may stop sending location, but it would not remove it from Find My or your Apple Account. But you cannot find it in your Find My devices list, this would indicate the iPhone has been removed, which shouldn't have been done.
