How can I fix no ringing sounds for Messenger and Instagram calls?

when I call someone on messenger and ig there's no ringing sounds. im not on dnd or silent btw

Those are not Apple apps/products. Contact their support for issues with their apps. Are sounds working for other notifications on your device?
