How do I recover deleted WhatsApp backup from old iPhone?

Is there a way to restore backup or atleast whatsapp backup from it that was deleted long ago?

RECOVERING LOST WHATSAPP MESSAGES I accidentally uninstalled Whatsapp from my Iphone XR (software 15.3). My last Whatsapp backup (as shown on the whatsapp -> chat backup panel) was 2 weeks ago. My last full iCloud backup was 5 hours ago. I do not want to lose 2 weeks of whatsapp messages. I read some forums that advised to reset the phone via the "Erase all Contents & Settings" button so I can restore to my iCloud backup from 5 hours ago. That did not work since it only managed to restore my Whatsapp to the backup from 2 weeks ago. (I had thought that it would return my Whatsapp to the state it was in 5 hours ago.) Is there any way I can recover the messages since my last Whatsapp backup? Thanks.

Restore Whatsapp from iTunes backup - 2022 Has anyone been able to restore the WhatsApp data from an ITunes backup? I’ve successfully done a backup on my PC, but once I restore my IPhone from that backup, all my data was there, except the WhatsApp. I did not a back on the iCloud, so basically lost all my WhatsApp data. Any ideia how i could fix it?

In general, no. If you had backed up your WhatsApp chats to iCloud, then you can install WhatsApp on another device and sync to iCloud on the new device.

But I deleted the backup and now I need the whole backup back
