Can't connect Apple Watch to app after the reset

I reset the watch, but it is still in the app. I can't reconnect the watch for 3 days. I can't delete the watch either, the "break pair" button is inactive. What should I do?

Did you turn off the Activation Lock before unpairing the watch? You can also do that on the Web:

Did you log out of your Apple Account on your iPhone and log in again?

If you removed the watch from the "Find my" app, this should also remove it from your Watch App. Logging out and in again from your Apple Account should renew all the related information again.
