Which means whatever is happening here — whether involving security attacks using tooling worth many millions of dollars, or social engineering, or gaslighting, or something else entirely — is just not going to be solved by a tenth phone, by this posting, and probably not by your current approach in general.

Your reports of stalking and of missing money and police corruption are potentially civil or criminal matters, and are all well outside of what folks here — or in any other technical forum — can assist with. You’ll need to provide your own lawyer or police or an advocate some evidence of that, as well.

TL;DR: As stated in an earlier reply, you’re just not going to get new or different suggestions to address what you are reporting. Not from this or most any other computer-related or computer-security forum.

You are making serious accusations of criminal activity that has absolutely nothing to do with the operation of your phone. Go to the police. If you can't get satisfaction from them, go to the FBI or hire a lawyer.

We can't help you. This is not a technical issue. Your phone is not hacked. No one has unauthorized access to the device.
