Hello, I have been charged £49 from a website called Calm Nirvana but I’ve never subscribed. Its not in my subscriptions or hidden subscriptions either. I’m not sure why they’ve charged me. How do I cancel it? I’ve contacted their customer service but haven’t had a reply yet. On the website it says to cancel via the welcome email but I never received any email. Never heard of it before either. What do I do?

The first thing I would do is check the History is Safari and search for that website where it will also show the date it was accessed, although they do claim that the charge could have occurred on one of their promotional pages. It may have been a free trial offer that was started a month ago and you are now seeing the first bill after inadvertently signing up for the offer.
So many people have seen this charge and did not know how it started, they even include that as a FAQ on their website:
You visited one of our promotional pages and clicked on the subscription button.
Service fees are charged to your credit card or mobile phone bill based on your preferred payment method.
If you are not able to get it resolved through that company, you will have to dispute the charge with the payment method being billed. Also be aware of the many scams on Social Media where a poster is paid to refer you to a promotional site through a link and those sites are not always clear that you are being signed up for a subscription.
The other explanation is that someone else has access to your payment method or you are the Organizer of a Family Plan that uses Purchase Sharing to allow members to make purchases to your payment method.

Thank you. That’s very helpful. I’ve searched my chrome history and their website doesn’t appear in the browser history. It could be one of the promotional pages (maybe news or something else) that now I remember required you to be 18 hence asked for an apple login. But i still don’t remember what website it was. I’ve requested my bank to block any future payments and cancel the one. Thanks again.
