How do I clear remaining balance to change Apple Account country/region?

Hello,

I want to change the country of my Apple ID from the United States to Iraq. However, I still have a remaining store credit of $1.38, and I’m unable to spend it.

I tried using the balance, but I can’t find any app or item matching the exact amount.

Could you please help me remove the remaining credit so I can proceed with the country change?
