How do I enable location sharing on Find My on iPhone?

Open Settings > [your name] > Find My > Turn on Share My Location > Then tap Find My > Turn on Find My iPhone and there are other features which I suggest you turn on, such as Send Last Location.

Then make sure you have granted Location Services to Find My in Settings > Privacy and Security > Location Services, and turn on Location Services.
