why is my find my app not letting me share my location

when i updated my iPhone 11 , my find my app on my iPhone started acting up thats when i noticed i had bugs on my iPhone . on my find my app people can share their location with me but i can not share mines with them and when i try it says share location unavailable. i need help fixing my phone.

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Location Services : Set this to ALLOW
