Find My app showing outdated locations and unable to share my own location

Subject: Issue with the Find My App

Hello,

I have been using an iPhone for about two years and have never had any issues with the Find My app until now. Recently, I have been experiencing significant problems: the locations of the people I share my location with do not load, and when they do, the app shows locations from 20 hours ago or even older.

Additionally, I cannot enable sharing of my own location properly. When I turn it on, it switches off again as soon as I close the app.

I kindly ask for your assistance and, if possible, for measures to be taken to resolve this issue so that I can use the app normally again.
