My iPhone 11 has had a small issue since I’ve gotten it. Occasionally, when I turn the phone on to unlock it, if I accidentally hit the power button twice, a screenshot is taken. Could I please know why this keeps happening?
I suspect you are pressing the side button and the volume up button at the same time. That will take a screenshot. When unlocking the phone only press the side button.
