My iPhone 15 keeps unexpectedly taking screenshots. I cannot find any screenshot settings in my phone. How can I get this to stop?

Perhaps you have Backtap turned on? Open Settings > Accessibility > Touch - Backtap - check what you may have it set up to do there. There is a setting for a double and triple backtap.
