How to fix "no DHCP server found" on iPhone hotspot?

Devices connect to the iphone hotspot but dont have internet. The problem comes and goes randomly. I tried all settings. I have this problem for months and since both the provider and apple claim nothing is wrong im forced to switch to android which works for now. Any last ideas before i do so?

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.

Switch to an Android. Then switch back when you are sick of Android’s defects.
