Each time I try to watch a movie on Apple TV there is a screen message saying, "Your computer is not authorised" and when I try to get authorisation, the following message is displayed
My laptop and my iPod do not have this problem - What can I do please.

There is a maximum of 5 computers (mobile is separate) that can be authorized on/to one Apple Account. This may include computers that you no longer have, if you didn’t de-authorize those. You can de-authorize all and then re-authorize the computer(s) that currently need this. As this is communicated to Apple’s systems, you will need to be online for this.
Downloads of content from Apple still needs to be done on the computer or device that does the playback. The downloads are not transferable to other computers or devices — if that is what you were trying to do.
