Apple's engraved (personalised) products can be ordered online from Apple. These products are laser engraved at the point of order/manufacture - and are shipped directly to the customer.
To my knowledge, Apple does not offer laser engraving services for devices purchased in-store, or via third-party retailers. While you might be able to independently arrange engraving by a third-party, be aware that doing so will likely void your device warranty.
