The sub-menu for setting face ID is missing.

I use an iPhone 15 version OS 18.5, I want to delete or add face ID but there is no menu to manage face ID in Face ID & Passcode.

Content & Privacy restrictions screen time conditions no blocking.

Anyone know why? is it a bug in OS 18.5?

Not seeing this as a bug. For adding an additional face id select “Set Up an Alternate Appearance”. To delete use the ‘Reset Face ID” To my recollection there has never been a submenu to add or delete a Face ID appearance in previous versions of iOS.

Actually, I never set Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions, it's still the default "disabled".
My use is personal, not managed by school or work.
There is no menu to add or set Face ID, you can see the following image:

Have you already setup another Alternative Appearance? Can you try Resetting Face ID? Note you'll have to turn off Stolen Device Protection first.
