I just got my ipad screen fixed, by Asurion, and theres no lag or anything, but all my photos when i go on the photo app are all high contrast and distorted. This is also happening when I go onto apps like Tiktok, Instagram, and more. My photos look ruined. Please help.

Take it back to Asurion.
How do other things look? Is it your pictures or any pictures? Pictures in Safari? Cartoons?
You might check in Accessibility settings-- something might have been turned on.
Otherwise, follow razmee209's advice.
