Recently used apps are not showing on my iPhone Control Centre

My swipe down feature has stopped working. When I swipe down I get the search menu (sometimes) but not the Notification Center. Have done a hard resent and still nothing.

How to recent app before Searching:

Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
Search for "Siri" in the Settings search bar.
Look for "Suggestions" (likely "Siri Suggestions").
Enable "Suggest Apps Before Searching" (keep it toggled ON).

This setting allows Siri to proactively suggest apps you might want to use before you even start typing in Search.
