How can I unlock my iPhone without erasing data?

Dear Apple Support Team,

My name is Muzaffar, and I am writing to kindly request your assistance in recovering access to my iPhone. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the screen passcode, and the device is now displaying a “iPhone Unavailable” message.

This iPhone contains many valuable personal memories and photos that were not backed up to iCloud, and I am very worried about losing them.

I am ready to provide any proof necessary to confirm that I am the rightful owner of the device, including:

• Purchase receipts (if needed)

• Access to my Apple ID

• A copy of my government-issued ID

• Photos of myself with the device

Please, if there is any way to regain access to the device without erasing the data, I would be extremely grateful.

Here is some information about the device:

• iPhone model: [e.g., iPhone 16 Pro max ]

I truly hope for your support and understanding.

Thank you in advance for your help

There is no way to bypass a forgotten Lock Screen passcode. Apple does not have any way to bypass it. The data on the device is encrypted.

Your only option at this point is to erase the device and restore it from the last backup you made. Any data that was not already backed up or synced to the cloud is gone.

I don't have good news for you. If you have forgotten your iPhone Passcode, the ONLY way you can get back in is to erase it using your computer. If you have been backing up your phone, you'll be able to restore your data. If you haven't backed up your phone, your data will be gone. Backups MUST be done before something goes wrong.
