iphone 16 doesn't connect with window 11 PC, doesn't connect with itunes, doesn't have "trust your computer" message, whenever plug in , it's only charging, nothing was work.

Are you using the original cable that came with the phone?
If you are using a 3rd party cable or a 3rd party USB-A to USB-C adapter, it's possible the cable you're using does not support data transfer and is intended for charging only.
Go to the Windows store on your computer and download Apple Devices. Apple has basically replaced iTunes with Apple Devices on Windows 11.
Brilliant. Sometimes the simplest answer is the best.
