Auto-Correction and predictive text won’t turn off on iPhone

First: I have turned off auto correct and predictive text in settings

I have deleted dictionary and reloaded

I CAN'T GET RID OF THE DANG THING!!!!! I have gone into the apps and checked that there were no places for autocorrect.

I am soooooo frustrated.

HELP!!!!!
