my phone fell on the street so I literally can't use the button from the right side.it hat 0% so it died . I just don't know how I can restart it or something like ts and I really need my phone

If that is the only problem that occurred with the drop.
If the Side Button doesn't work, it's likely physical damage that occurred when you dropped the iPhone. That needs to be repaired at your nearest Apple Store's Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Providers. Restarts will not solve a physical/hardware issue.
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar and get it repaired.
There is no magic that can overcome broken hardware.
