iphone is heating up when i open Amazon app

Every time I open the Amazon app my phone starts to heat up and it gets really hot. Even on my iPad the same thing happens. It’s not as hot as my iPhone, but I have noticed. What can I do to alleviate this problem?

iPad Air M2 - Overheating Hey everyone, I recently got an iPad Air M2 and it's overheating when I use just YouTube or other small apps. If I use FigJam or Procreate it gets extremely hot. Is anyone else facing this issue? It's pretty bad to face this when the tab is only a few days old. Can't believe this is the experience.

iPhone 16 pro max overheating Regardless of what app I’m running, whether it be a process demanding app or not, it just randomly gets hot. But I haven’t even downloaded any high end demanding apps yet. It get hot when I’m using the photos app, the camera, my notes app, YouTube, even when I make a call it gets too hot. I went to Apple Store and the dude there said it would be solved in a software updated. But there hasn’t been any news of the 16s being overheated because of a software issue. So it’s most likely an issue with just my phone. He then replied that it was the phone case that was causing my phone to overheat so much. Is that even possible?

When I close the app, my iPhone, and my iPad cool down. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling the app. I have also tried rebooting my iphone.
