How can I stop syncing phone calls between iPhones?

I have two phones on the same iCloud account. (I know each should have their own so don’t tell me that). I had to log out and back in to my iCloud account and now I’m seeing the call log from the other device, when I did not see it before. I’m not sure what option to change as I’m on the newest iOS and online help shows older options in settings.

Sharing call logs across devices that share an Apple Account is normal, expected behavior. People periodically come up with workarounds for such normal functions, but they tend to break.

You can try going to Settings>Phone>Calls on Other Devices and turning it off.
