Not an Apple thing. Contact Square support for assistance. Apple Pay is just the middleman and does not control anything about the transaction. Apple Pay facilitates the connection between your card and the bank that supports it, nothing else.

Apple uses crowd sourced location information to provide location estimates. The bank has all the actual merchant information and their mobile app and online information will provide specific merchant information.
