Can I delete an Apple Mobile Sync folder dated 1/14/2020?

My windows 10 laptop is out of space. I found a Apple Mobile Sync folder dated 1/14/2020 using 12.5 Gigs. I backup my iPhone to iCloud. Can I delete the Apple folder with the old Mobil Sync file to free-up the 12.5 Gigs?

The 2020 Mobil Sync file is the only one in the Apple folder.

Yes, you can delete it. If you back up to your computer in the future it will be re-created.
