Camera won't open for some apps on my iPhone 14 Pro

"Camera won't open for some apps on my iPhone 14 Pro: i tried to open the walmart barcode scanner and it wont open the camera its just blank same thing with myfitnesspal meal scanner and barcode scanner it says that the app has to be in fullscreen even though it is? same thing with google lens it says to get off split view EVEN though im not on split view as seen on the screenshots"

Close All Apps:

Another app is trying to access your camera. So, close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up on your screen from the bottom-left corner to the top-right corner. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up quickly for all apps, one at a time.
