Refund request for ChatGPT Plus subscription processed through Apple Account

I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to respectfully request a further review of my recent refund request for a subscription charge to ChatGPT Plus, which was processed through my Apple ID: mail@gmail.com.
The subscription renewal was unintended, and I have not used the service since the charge occurred. I submitted a refund request on June 12, 2025, and again asked for a review on June 13, but both were declined with the reason “does not meet refund conditions.” I understand policies may be strict, but I kindly ask for a reconsideration in this case, as the charge was made unintentionally, and the app has not been used.
Attached is a screenshot of the refund denial for your reference.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could escalate this matter or allow for one final review. Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance.
