Not able to try old iPhone password anymore.

I just got my account back. While logging in, I was asked if I remembered the password to my old iPhone, and I didn't. After a few tries, i couldn't try anymore. My old iPhone contains a lot of memories, but I can't access is anymore. Is there anyway I could try to put in the code again, now that I think I remember the code.

iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18

Sorry but no. Once the iPhone displays a Disabled/Unavailable screen, it means you have tried too many passcode attempts, and as a result you have no other choice but to erase the iPhone by connecting and putting it into Recovery Mode with a computer. This will wipe all the content and data. Unless you had a backup done beforehand, the data won’t be able to be restored. That’s why you want Automatic iCloud Backups done beforehand so if things go awry, you have something to restore from.
