How can I prevent my iPhone battery health from dropping so fast?

my battery health reduced from a hundred to 93 in two days how do i keep it from not reducing again

I only charged it once with a power bank and boom I’m really frustrated

How old is the device? Depending on your device, you may experience a decline of 1-2 percent. each month.
