Thank you for the screenshot.
A Glitch in Apple's Device Database?
Who's the seller? I would contact Apple Support, asking them if there is a glitch in their user database. Used or note, you should not be getting this "2007" message, if it is an iPhone 15.

Apple Contact Info:
If the warranty expired, you know that the phone is more than a year old. Whoever reworked the phone either replaced the battery or "boosted" it to make it look better than it really is.
So far, this looks like a phone that was refurbished by a third party company not approved by Apple.
Not sure why you would consider keeping a phone with no warranty if you paid full price. That phone should have been discounted at least 30-35%, maybe more.
But, it's your call.
Is it used?
Yes
Is this phone bad compared to new ones? ? If you’re saying it is used that means they also replaced the battery cause it’s saying 100%
