Apple fraudulently charging card not authorized on account

Previous card from bank was on account, Lost access to account because of new phone number and can’t access recovery key, so the account is a loss, that’s fine. However after cancelling 2 debit cards (which weren’t authorized to be used on Apple in the first place), I’m continuing to receive attempted charges on cards not even activated yet. Which in itself is completely unethical and fraudulent, If this isn’t handled promptly, Will not hesitate to take extreme measures to insure the integrity of Apple is upheld.
