An iPhone 7 Plus is limited to iOS 15, and newer iOS versions are not supported.
To get to iOS 17 and the current iOS 18, you will need an iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone SE 2nd, or newer.
It’s not possible because your iPhone 7 Plus hardware doesn’t support iOS 17 frankly you just need to change your iPhone
