Help with what? If you want to download iOS 17 or higher on an iPhone 7 model, it's not possible, so there is no help other than to buy a newer, more modern iPhone which can run a higher iOS version.

Not happening. When you didn’t get iOS 16 on your iPhone 7 Plus, that should have been a clue that you would not get later versions, either.
You need an iPhone XR or XS (MAX). You can get iOS 18 on those devices.
It will not work on iPhone 8 (Plus) or iPhone X.

The Iphone 7 cannot be upgraded to IOS 17. Because the phone is too old. I would recommend trading in your phone for a newer one.

As long as you stick with a phone that cannot update beyond iOS 16, you shall continue to want iOS 17, without having it.
Current iPhones run iOS 26 and should run most or all apps that have the requirement “iOS 17.0 or later.”

All of the iPhones that are recent enough that they are compatible with iOS 17 are also compatible with iOS 18 – and, in many cases, iOS 26. Apple is not offering iOS 17 to those phones any more, and the only choice that the owners of those phones have, if they want to update, is to update to the latest compatible iOS version.
