How to solve App Store review submission issues?

Guys, somebody help ! why i can't leave a review on app store? when i'm trying to write something in review or title the "submit" button it's getting grey (can't be pressed) even if i will write a letter , same thing. I tried to change the nickname , nothing . What to do ?
