I have the iPhone 13. I can not send any pictures or videos to anyone. This has been going on for months. I have rebooted the phone and reset the network settings multiple times. When I reset the network settings, it works for a bit then it starts doing the same thing again. So annoying. Does anyone have a solution?

Perhaps a long shot:
Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN, then restart your device. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN, but probably shouldn't.
If this occurs only with SMS/MMS/RCS messages to non-iPhones, the next step is to contact your carrier.
If it is iMessages to other iPhones, it needs to be investigated further.
