Two-factor authentication turn off link not responding

I accidentally clicked on 2-factor auth, and it gives me to July 3 from the link to take it off, but nothing's happening how can I turn it off I click on the link to take it off nothing happens please respond asap please. I hit continue nothing happens can some send me the link please.
