Can iPhone auto-unlock on home Wi-Fi and still require app authentication?

Hi, I’m a new iPhone user. On my Android phone, when I connect to my home Wi-Fi, it automatically unlocks the device, so I don’t need to enter a passcode or use biometrics. However, apps that require authentication still prompt for passcodes or biometrics as usual.

Does iPhone have a similar feature? Can I set it up so that when I’m at home on,my iPhone automatically unlocks, but apps still require authentication when needed? Thank you

not that I know off it do have faceID unlock and if older phone touchID unlock

suppose they fear it would mean if a thief stole it, the thief could follow people home and when within wifi range unlock the phone and remove the activation lock enabling them to use the stolen phone which they otherwise could not.

it's seem to be a good protection as it seems most stolen phones these days, are just sent to china to be used for parts.

but you can suggest they change that behavior by using their feedback channels
