I purchased a ringtone, downloaded it but it will not appear in my haptics/sounds download to assign to phone? How do I remedy this?

Did you buy it from the Tone Store, which is part of iTunes? If yes, tap Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Tap Ringtone > go to the top of the page and tap Download All Purchased Tones, then look for the tone you purchased.
