I got the Macbook Pro about a month ago, and now I got to know that they're offering free AirPods or discount upto 18k on AirPods Pro 2. I was curious if I can get these discounts even now, if i want to purchase an AirPods Pro 2.

Sorry but no. You must have purchased the MacBook while the promotion was active so the AirPods would automatically be added for no additional cost. If you purchased the Mac within 14 days ago, you theoretically could have returned it then purchased it again when the promotion started so you would be eligible for the AirPods, but you are also out of that, so the promotion is not an option for you.

Yes, Apple as a matter of fact runs the Apple Education Program year round which offers a discount on hardware and AppleCare+, but this special promotion is added on during the months before the school year.
