I purchased an iPhone 16.
This phone has no alert pop-up notifications when the battery gets down to 20% or less.
This 16 just quietly goes dead.
How can I get the Notification again??

Are you sure it's not showing a notification? If the screen is locked, you won't see one. If your battery is low, pull down from the top middle of the screen to open notification center and you should see a notification there.
You can ask Siri to notify you when the battery gets to 20% or lower. Otherwise, there is no specific setting for this. I've never gotten such a notification as I've never let my phone go below 20%. EVER.
No notification - it just turns red if I happen to notice when I’m not using an app. Nothing shows when I’m using apps.
